First Training

First Training was established to meet the needs of corporate clients wishing to provide English language training to their staff. First Training offers a full range of business skills, business English and general English training programmes. Our other services include customized test development and other languages.

In order to provide our clients with satisfaction and value for money, our staff and materials are continually upgraded. We believe that the programmes we offer are of a higher quality to other similar programmes in the marketplace today. At the same time we offer a quality assurance system that ensures that the client receives value for money and quantifiable results.

Our experienced training consultants are always on hand to advise and assist you in choosing the correct programme to meet your training requirements. If we don’t possess exactly what you need, then we are able to design a programme to satisfy your expectations.

First Training has established close links with the British Chamber of Commerce by developing a business skills seminar programme. These seminars are usually 1-2 days in duration and cover various topics. Among the topics offered are; Presentation Skills, Negotiation Skills, Customer Service and Basic Marketing Principles.

Instructors are chosen for both their EFL qualifications and their business experience. The majority of our instructors have worked in business and are therefore in tune with the needs of the both the client and the students. Where possible, clients are given a choice of instructors. This means that clients get the instructor they want and, at the same time, we are able to take special requests into consideration (e.g. British or American English speaker).
